I’ve got a face to face appointment on the day very recently and I’ve received a phone appointment today with Dr Patel with a query about a new med change. Staff always friendly and helpful. Saw a Nurse yesterday for my B 12 injection and she put me at my ease as I don’t like injections and asked how I was. Dr Patel listens to me, explains things I don’t understand and I would recommend him and the surgery as a whole and indeed have recommended Riverside to a friend who has changed to Riverside and is extremely happy with the service she has received.

This surgery has really turned a corner since a few years ago. Really friendly staff, easy to get an appointment, great advice from staff. I’m really happy with them as a surgery and it looks fantastic since they have updated everything. Well done to everyone who works at Riverside!!

Had to wait nearly a month for the appointment but as it was not urgent that was ok. This does seem to be about the norm for most surgeries these days from what I understand. At least when I phoned to book the appointment I wasn't stuck in a long queue. Much better than our old surgery.

Quiet, calm and peaceful surgery. Seen on time too.
